Pre Sale Questions

Q: “Support hasn't replied in a long time, why”

We have a small team and experience high traffic in support. We usually reply within 48 hours. Don't worry if you haven't responded for more than 48 hours, the emails may be in your spam, please check first; Or please resend us.

Q: “Who is the manufacture?”

All Series toys are developed by our own factory.

Q: “Where do orders ship from?”答案待定

All orders are shipped from China. We have 2 shipping methods, standard shipping & FedEx/UPS.

  • Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 days.

FedEx/UPS Shipping Time: 5-8 days.

Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?”

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Q: “Address Changes?”

Contact support@keygeak.com to provide your order number and updated shipping address / phone number. And please give us a detailed address, because FedEx can't ship to Po box address.

About Payments

Q: “Are my payments secure?”

Yes, your payments are 100% safe and secure.

We receive credit card payments via the most trusted payment gateways. Your personal information is always confidential and never stored or kept. We have also integrated secure PayPal payments to allow you to make purchases using your PayPal account.

Q: “What currency are your prices listed in?”

We are a US-based company, and all our prices are listed in USD.

Q: “How do I apply a discount code?”

You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”

Q: “I wish to buy your toys as a gift, but I don’t want the invoice to be included in the package.”

There is nothing to worry about - we don’t send invoices in physical form with the packages. You will receive all the billing information in your email.

After Sale Questions

Q: “Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?”

If you make a request before your order is shipped, we'll cancel it and make a full refund. If your order was already shipped, a returns process is required.

Q: “What if I need to return the product?”

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process.
